In master planning, the focus is on developing a comprehensive and strategic plan that outlines the long-term vision, goals, and objectives for a specific area or project. Master planning typically involves; Assessing current conditions, Setting goals and objectives, Stakeholder engagement, Land use planning, Transportation planning, Environmental planning, Infrastructure planning, Economic development planning, Implementation strategy and Monitoring and evaluation. Buildings
In building design services, architects, engineers, and other professionals work together to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound buildings that meet the needs and requirements of their clients. Some of the key activities involved in building design services include; Programming, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Permit Documents, Detailed Design, Tender Documents and Construction Documents. We Assist the client in selecting a contractor through the bidding process. This involves reviewing bids, negotiating contracts, and clarifying project requirements with potential builders.
