WHO WE ARE
By 2004, their studio had gained significant recognition and attracted numerous projects. However, as the workload increased, coordination issues began to arise, leading to various challenges. Determined to overcome these obstacles, the friends made a pivotal decision to establish a Multi-disciplinary Consultancy Firm. This new venture allowed them to offer comprehensive design services and tackle projects of all scales under one roof.
The success of their consultancy firm propelled them to expand their operations beyond their initial location. They set their sights on the Middle East and opened branches in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Qatar. Today, this once-small group of friends has grown into a thriving organization with more than nine branches under its umbrella.
This remarkable journey showcases the determination, vision, and expertise that has driven the growth of our firm, now known as DSC. We take pride in our ability to deliver exceptional design solutions and provide comprehensive services to clients across the Middle East.
As professionals we have dual responsibilities not only towards the clients we serve, but also to the public domain and the many users involved. One of the First Consultants in the Middle East to utilize BIM in our designs
DSC is one of the first companies in the Middle East that has utilized the BIM into their systems as we believe the model based approach increases efficiency within organizations and delivers highly coordinated projects. With a shared model there is less need for rework and duplication of drawings as well the model provides more information more than a drawing set, allowing each discipline to interpret and connect their intelligence to the project.
