The Client desires to develop a commercial building in a pivotal area in Muscat as the Site lies near numerous events and touristic attractions such as Muscat Opera House. The project has a land area around 3,000 square meters and total built up area around 19,000 square meters. Our design team has designed a unique building that can serve more than one purpose by creating an atrium that divides the mass into two main buildings connected by bridges increasing the external façade and views of the main anchors.
