Description
DSC in collaboration with CallisonRTKL were awarded the development of 57,100 Acres (55,000 Feddans) for Ras El Hekma City Waterfront. The plan is to develop Ras Al Hekamah to be one of the most attractive waterfronts on the Mediterranean coast competing with other similar cities. The city will be characterized by its unique environmental and Mediterranean characteristics to reflect in its unique ecological, cultural, urban and location. The project will adopt a new model for the planning and implementation of Ras Al Hekamah Tourism City through the application of international urban design methods to ensure efficient use of natural resources, economic diversification and economic sustainability.
