RFCO has acquired a new land in the New Administrative Capital in Egypt with a land area around 23 Feddan (96,600 square meters). The project shall consist of 7 Residential Buildings Prototypes, Commercial Building and Clubhouse. Distance Studio Consultants has reviewed and amended the existing Master Plan done by the Client and acquired the Ministerial Decree for the project. DSC’s scope of services included as well developing the Architecture, Structure, MEP, Infrastructure, Landscape and Interior Design for the whole compound including the Residential component, the Commercial and Club house.
The project is a mixed-use building and located in Jeddah at Kilo 7. The site falls in Al Jamiah district in a strategic location within a close proximity to King Abdull Aziz University and along Abdullah Suleiman Road, which is a main road comprising a mix of commercial retail residential buildings. With a Land Area around 42,000 square meters, DSC team has designed a mega mixed-use development to offer various services in one place; Hospitality, Commercial and Residential Services. The project was divided into three main plots that were designed symmetrically to have the commercial areas in the first and second floors, Parking areas from the third till the seventh floors and Residential & Serviced apartments from the eighth till the nineteenth floors.
