IL Mondo Mixed-Use Development
RFCO has acquired a new land in the New Administrative Capital in Egypt with a land area around 23 Feddan (96,600 square meters). The project shall consist of 7 Residential Buildings Prototypes, Commercial Building and Clubhouse. Distance Studio Consultants has reviewed and amended the existing Master Plan done by the Client and acquired the Ministerial Decree for the project. DSC’s scope of services included as well developing the Architecture, Structure, MEP, Infrastructure, Landscape and Interior Design for the whole compound including the Residential component, the Commercial and Club house.
K-7 Mixed-Use Tower
The project is a mixed-use building and located in Jeddah at Kilo 7. The site falls in Al Jamiah district in a strategic location within a close proximity to King Abdull Aziz University and along Abdullah Suleiman Road, which is a main road comprising a mix of commercial retail residential buildings. The project consists of two towers; one consists of residential apartments and the other furnished apartments based on commercial podium.

The project is located in the intersection of the King Saud Road from the west (138 m) and Pricne Salman Road from the North (118m), in one of the most luxurious district in Al Khobar City. The project is a mixed-use development that consist of Offices, Business Hotel “Swiss Hotel”, and Commercial Podium for Retail, Cafes and Restaurants. With plot area around 15,590 sqm with a total built up area more than 130,000 sqm.
Rayan Mixed-Use Development
Lies within the nature of Al Nijran City on King Abdel Aziz Road and one of the main areas in the City, a mixed-use development over a land area 4,000 square meters to offer the citizens a high-end serviced apartments ranging from 1 Bedroom to 3 Bedrooms. The Project Site is Located Makkah Al Mokarama, Kingdoms of Saudi Arabia in a Land Size of 48,260 square meters. The proposed mixed-use towers included in the design project is envisioned as a unique and state of the art landmark with a total built-up area of 800,000m sqm and 11,400 hotel rooms.
The designed complex three & four and five – stars luxurious hotels have 24towers and all amenities of three & four and five – stars hotel such as restaurants, health club, gym, multi-purpose halls retail arcade and administration office.
This project has also between three to four levels of underground parking for vehicles and other services with landscaped roof with vehicular and pedestrian connection to the tower building.
Mahbas Al Jin Development
With a Land Area around 42,000 square meters, DSC team has designed a mega mixed-use development to offer various services in one place; Hospitality, Commercial and Residential Services. The project was divided into three main plots that were designed symmetrically to have the commercial areas in the first and second floors, Parking areas from the third till the seventh floors and Residential & Serviced apartments from the eighth till the nineteenth floors. The project has Car tunnels designed beneath it to regulate the car circulation inside the project.

Only 10 kilometers from the Grand Mosque of Holy Mekkah, Rabiet Makkah is a pilgrimage residency complex that comprises residential, commercial and mixed-use areas including office spaces in addition to a mega project central zone that comprises a high-rise hotel, parking garages and first class mall. The designed project centers a new environmentally friendly district along the high-speed rail line, linking Jeddah to Holy Makkah to Al Madina Al Monawara while leveraging the hospitality and lifestyle.
