Distance Studio Consultants “DSC” has been ranked from the top 15 Top International Design Firms in the Mixed-Use Sector according to the ENR Sourcebook Magazine.

The MEED Awards gives companies the chance to tell their success story to a regional audience, regardless of size or industry, through the GCC’s most prestigious awards programme.

Distance Studio Consultants was nominated in 2017 as well by MEED for the same award category but with no luck. However, this year DSC has been granted the Award on 28th November Awards Ceremony.

Distance Studio Consultants’ project “Al Raha Residential Building” received the 2nd Place in Global Architecture & Design Awards out of 748 Registrations for 2018. DSC’s staff closely collaborates on creative concepts and technical details, working together to produce innovative, sustainable environments with carefully coordinated systems and aesthetics that bespeak style and individuality. The Mixed-use Building concept design focuses on multiple elements which are, innovation and sustainability; residence comfort; last but not least; taking privilege of the spaces given.

Al Raha Residential Building | Distance Studio Consultants

From Monday 12th of March till Wednesday 15th of March, DSC Team will be in The Big Show Oman 2018. The BIG Show (Builders International Gathering) is an annual international exhibition that caters to the building and construction industry in Oman, the Middle East and global markets.

It features an extensive range of the latest building materials, construction equipment, wood machinery, interior furnishings and other products, equipment and technology for building and construction operations.
