    The Responsibilities of the Project Team Member

    • Report to the Board
    • Implements the project's goals and objectives,
    • Participate in project planning and the development of the Project Initiation Plan.
    • Monitor the project plan (time, budget, deliverables, etc.).
    • Participate in project initiation; the development of the Project Charter.
    • Provides support for the Project Manager; assists with issues, problems, and policy conflicts
    • Active in planning the scope; approves scope changes.

    Participates in developing and updating the company job descriptions as well as the Organization \ departmental structures in cooperation with the OD section head and line Managers.

    • Participates in developing and updating ZSG competency model and linking the model to the Selection, performance appraisal and training systems.
    • Works with the OD section head in executing the performance management system, ensure Identifying the individual training needs.
    • Participates in the HR committee used for evaluating the jobs.
    • Collects information about the market regarding the salary ranges and uses the data in creating the grading system and salary structure.
    • Records all changes in the HR scorecards and ensure keeping the system updated.
    • Participates in the opinion surveys and rap sessions, make the analysis, provides and Implements recommendations.
    • Participate in the preparation of the HR monthly report regarding issues as internal mobility, Professional & social activities and grievances.
    • Conduct the needed visits to departments' to ensure commitment for the OD systems and give the needed advice for improvement.

    2. Implement structural designs of tool pedestals, as well as construction and strategies to develop new tools and strategies to more efficiently meet requirements.
    3. Ability to develop calculations and documentation packages, plans, sections and details for civil & structural design projects according to project standards and company standards.
    4. Familiarity with standards detailing of structural steel, steel connection details, welds, concrete reinforcement, masonry, timber framing, foundations and basic architectural details. Ability to perform structural analysis and design. Ability to read shop drawings, existing civil/structural drawings, related mechanical and equipment drawings.
    5. Coordinating structural engineering/design efforts on multi-discipline engineering projects.
    6. Interfacing and coordinating with equipment owners, facilities/project engineers, layout Industrial Engineers, domestic/international tool suppliers and Architectural/Engineering firms to evaluate and advise on the structural/architectural design and integration into factories for constructability, adherence to construction specifications, code compliance, safety and value engineering.
    7. Provide technical guidance to contracted structural/architectural design staff and field personnel to achieve design goals and to resolve design and construction issues.
    8. Provide engineering support and technical guidance to various construction and sustaining facility design teams with regard to building systems, product evaluations, and building code issues
